cold weather but good
Temp. is about 65 deg. days and low 50s at night but de kefir stuff is
still healthy.
About the 5th go around i used a one quart jar but since 24 hrs. was at
8 p.m. i
decided to let it go 36 hrs. The kefir was nice and thick and went thru
the strainer
very well. Got a wide strainer at WalMart that is the one pictured on
Dom's
Web site. Mahty fine.
