help!!
Ok, I am new to making kefir. Great at making yogurt. My question-I
made some kefir and apparently let it sit too long. I have something
that looks like cottage cheese(approximtely 1 cup) and about one
quart of whey. I have refrigerated the whey. Can I drink the whey? I
poured fresh milk over the curds and have left this to sit for
another 24 hrs. will this make me some good kefir? Thanks for any
help. Karina in Hawaii has kindly offered to send me some new kefir
grains. I fear that I have lost my first babies.
