Hello - Just received my kefir grains in the mail today from G.E.M. and
they are soooooooooo interesting. Kinda' stretchy and all. I just had
visions of making up Dom's kefirkraut right away but will have to wait until
they quadruple in amounts. Is there a way to increase their multiplicity?
question #2: I have been making kefir from the starter that is powdered.
Do kefir grains grow in that also?
question #3: Will the kefir from grains resemble the kefir from starter
and do you all have any tips and tricks?
