kefir oats and barley
Got a question:

Can you soak rolled barley in kefir overnight like rolled oats, to eat
in the morning without cooking? My rolled barley is thicker than the
oats I usually buy. I've had barley for a while, but this only just
occurred to me. I really like the oats done this way, and find that I
digest them much more smoothly than if they were cooked.
