I use plastic lids for mason jars. I found them at Rual King. I use pint jars
so I don't make to much CSY, viili. I use a quart jar for my milk kefir. The
starters for CSY, viili are in Pint jars to. I don't have to many extra milk
kefir grains, but I keep them in a pint jar in the fridge with a little milk. I
usually don't ask for anything, but does any one have some Fil Mjolk they want
to trade for viili, CSY, I don't have very many kefir grains yet I could spare a
big fat one which would be a good start. I should have a scoby soon to share.
