My daughter gave me some of her kefir about a week ago, and I
mistakenly ate my large kefir grains. I have made decent kefir using
small grains and fresh kefir that I had already made. I am wondering
how long it will be before I get grains of any size.
I have been culturing it about 24 hours before straining, but I
thought letting it set longer might help? Or maybe doing that might
starve them and retard their growth?
Your advice and help is appreciated.
