This is fine. Don't forget that you're not making a commercial type of
yogurt, where you need to use sterile utensils.
As long asX-Mozilla-Status: 0009ng, then you should be fine. Having a"
neophobia" about trying to keep too clean can possibly cause more of a
problem for you than you may think or feel... hahaha.

Now I am not saying to go ahead a practice unhygienic values either. But
today, the way that most people are taught to be, I feel that my point re
cleanliness to the point of becoming neophobic holds much validity.

You may well try to hold this taste sensation in mind, but I bet you will
never remember it until your next glass of kefir.

PS Please try not to let my answers inhibit others to input here or there. I
just sound confident, but really, I am as meek as a new born baby. It's my
head that's become too big so at times needs a hand to be put back into
place... hahaha!
