Re: Alfred Ayurveda and Bipolar disorder part 2
Hi Elaine:

This is in Canada.

I get a pile of E-mail every day, and really don't want to join other
groups. When I don't get to read the 60 to 300 E-mails and they build up
to 900 I just delete them.

Doing this sort of thing I've done here for you is very stressful for
me, and making analysis, is very exhausting. I slept all day, and all
night just to catch up a bit.

>From your E-mail that stated that your husband is very brainy, it sounds
like he has a Dosha of Pitta. His eyes might be light green. If they are
a darker green, then there may be some Gut issues, like acid leaks. A
gut injury. Acid getting into the Bloodstream. There can be instances of
this where there is no pain, that you figure that there is nothing
wrong. I myself had these sorts of things happening to me, quite a while
ago, where the brain is able to solve problems at such a speed, that it
appears to you, that you are not really thinking, that it is provided
Automatically. Be SURE that your Husband gets plenty of rest, because
that will help cool, the Brain, and the Nervous system. - There is time
for Work and time for you, and making it a 24/7 thing, will result in
your destroying the capability to think, because it was never designed
to do this! The Numbness, may already be signs of Multiple Sclerosis
setting in, and a medication like Lithium salt , is not going to
magically revive Damaged Nerves. My suggestion might be Bland foods
here, but get an opinion from an Ayurveda Practitioner. Again I'm not a
Doctor. Kefir can help with Gut issues, in most cases. I'm tired, and
can't keep on doing things at this pace, so I'll get back to you when I
can.

Alfred!
