I'm not convinced I'm suffering from malnutrition! An anti-candida
diet need not be too extreme. My only concern is the lack of calcium
from dairy - but I will hopefully be able to eat dairy again sometime
soon.
I would like to try Inner Garden Flora, although i'm not sure they
ship to the UK, Please could you remind me of the URL where I can
