Re: Drinking to much kefir
I'm just a newbie but due to State laws, am unable to get raw milk here Have
been using 2% store boughten ( ugg). So far everything is fine. It is
kefiring & I love it. Have only been at it for about a week. Had Cancer,
Candida, worm infestation, hypoglycemia & a few other things. In this short of
time , I already feel I have more energy. Sure wish I could get the raw milk
products though.

Subject: [Kefir_making] Drinking to much kefir

Well, I guess what I have been reading everyone is different. I do
use whole milk, but I hope to gain a few pounds as I always have
been way to thin. Someone said that they had a blood test and there
blood cells were clumping and mucusie. Is that from drinking kefir??
I was alittle unsure about what they ment.

Well I think I will enjoy a nice glass in the morning, then one at
night before bed. I could drink it all the time becasue I really
like it. But What about the people in the Caucasus Mountains, did
they only drink a cup or two a day. It seems what I have been
reading they drank it instead of water, also as a dessert. SO I'm
thinking they consumed a lot of it.

I guess we all should listen to our bodies, I have not gotten to the
part where it made my bowels loose. So ,I guess I'm drinking the
   right amount...

Now,.. Some people here have made it with store milk, does it work
well? With store milk all the enzymes are destroyed, does the kefir
grains put it back?? I read where only raw, cow, goat, sheep, oxen
   milk should be used....

   Well, This is so interesting!
