I cannot answer this question for two reasons.
1. I don't have any goats milk kefir to compare :-(
2. The dogs ALWAYS lick our kefir glasses before they go in the dishwasher
:-) (The love it so much that they beg for the glasses before we've even
finished, and they don't even mind if it's strawberry or bannana.....)
Guessing, I'd say that the cows milk would be harder to remove because it
doesn't come off the fermenting jar easily, even when left in soak for a
while.
Do I get a prize? {LOL}
