I shouldn't worry about it. Preservatives can in theory inhibit, or even
prevent, yeast fermentation. However, in my experience, I have not had any
trouble making either Kefir d'Aqua with grape or apple juice, or cider and
apple wine (with wine yeast). I guess some makes may use more preservatives
than others, so experimentation may be required.
For those in Europe, I use Lidl pure grape and apple juice, whcih is great.
