I wanted to at least check out her comments since she is the one that
is into the whole alternative, holistic medicine thing. You were
right though, she doesn't know anything about kefir...I don't even
think she has tried it! I will just keep on enjoying the kefir and
hope that it is the beginning to a new healthier lifestyle for me.

think of limiting her Coke instead. You can drink as much kefir as
you like. It's a drink for God-sake. And tasty too. It's being drunk
in Russia without any ridiculous restrictions and more than, say,
milk. I've been drinking that as long as I can remember myself and my
daily intake varies between 1 and 3 liters/quarts.
