Hi Sandra
Great chatting with you.. You must tell me some titles of your books you have
published ?
It's very hard to say how much kefir grains grow in any given time. It all
depends on the type of milk, temp (time of year etc)
how long you leave them in the milk before changing the milk.
I find using larger amounts of raw milk (min 5:1 milk kefir), changing the milk
every 24 hours in summer or warmer temp gives best results for grain growth!
You can expect them to double with these conditions within min. of 1 month to 1
1/2 months max..

Of course you can eat the cake too... why else was it baked, for the microbes
only? (dna 1984)
What do you have left when all thoughts are gone?
