I need some more info from you in order to give an opinion. Since
you began this process, how often do you change and wash the KEFIR
container?
This batch you speak of that had fungus on it, from the moment that
you considered it done, how long had it been residing in the
container?
Do you shake the container at least twice a day?
Do you store it in the frig?
