RE: kefir grains and ayran
Hi,
Ayran is a refreshing drink we drink with meals or just to cool of.
It is so easy to make.
you mix 1 part of yogurt  with one part of water and add some salt. you can
either put them in a blendor to mix, or just put the ingredients in a large
glass and stir it well with a spoon(easy-lazy way of doing). There is your
ayran... If you want it to be thicker, put less water.If you do it in the
blendor you get foam on the top, thicker the better it tastes I think.
