Re: Kefir ripening/storing and digestive problems
It is definitely something I will pay attention to, one of the problems
I had was GI problems and the runs.
Might have happened when I began to have enough kefir to store in the
fridge, and started drinking that instead of drinking it fresh. I've
been drinking the fresh with just a little of the stored added. I'll try
going back to just drinking the fresh. I am having less trouble since I
stopped taking kefir entirely a few days and started slower, but never
thought to correlate whether I was drinking fresh or stored kefir with
the adverse effects.
