Hello Zoubida,
Fantastic news !! I am all joyed-up in top gear :^)
Regarding the postal freezing-services in your neck of the woods; It's my
understanding that mail and parcels as such, are not exposed to freezing
conditions in the US, once mail etc reaches the US. But once placed in your
mail box, then this is another matter.
So I would think that your grains may have only frozen once (in your mails
box), which should not cause any problems.
Hang on tick (with a tweezers).... my grains are trying to tell me
something... [yes..... no.... oh I see].
They just told me that they've communicated with your grains via the
cosmostic-e-plane. They say that your grains are fine and should get into
full swing within 1 week after initial reactivation (the instructions
provided on the sheet of A4).
Please, keep us up to date with you kefir-venture... for I feel that this
makes an interesting case-study... do you thinks/feels like a guinea
piglet?
May you and yours bathe in the fountain of Life, Love, Health, Joy and
showered with Peace and Prosperity of Kefir.
Dominic
