Thank you John for these instructions. I'm a newbie and I have not enjoyed
all the off topic messages and was getting ready to unsubscribe from the
list when I saw your tip. Please everyone, use the OT protocol in the
subject line so those of us who are only interested in kefir are not
overwhelmed with unrelated topics. It really is a nuisance to have to sift
through them all. 22 messages disappeared when I applied the rule to delete
OT messages.
