Hi Peggy,
Actually  an HDL reading of 93  is quite high   In fact anything over 40 in
high-  I did see one report that said for a female it should be 50  but
everything else Ive read said 40   In either case yours is EXCELLENT   so stop
worrying.   If your LDL reading was that low it would be cause for worry.   
Actually its the ratio between  LDL and HDL that is important   not the total
numbers.   With a reading of 89-93   that should offset almost any LDL reading.
My HDL  ranges from 98 to 104   my total is a bit on the high side but my doc
says with that HDL reading  I was  in the low to normal  on the ratio.   O  and
btw  welcome to the group.
