Not complicated. I just use any old, empty flavor bottles. Rinse out
with clean water, fill almost full with Vodka, put chunks of vanilla
beans in, wait a few days. It is more concentrated than the store
stuff, because it is pure alcohol with the vanilla, but it works. No,
I don't know how long it will last, or how much to use, other than
applied eclectic empiricism. Just three big words that mean cut and
try.
