Hi everyone:

In addition to the remedies already posted in this thread (curcumin,
tart cherry juice, etc.), I wanted to post something else that I saw
recently on the original_kombucha listserv.  Apparently, the best
protocol for lowering inflamation is 3 grams MSM combined with 3 Grams
of Calcium Ascorbate [non-acidic vitamin C]. This will lower all
inflammations [anything ending in `itis] and with no downside effects
that prescription anti-inflammatory drugs have.  The person who posted
this said kombucha will help some but the MSM protocol gets the job
done immediately.

So this may be something to research further.  Hope this is useful to
someone out there!
