Adding a little egg whites, lean chicken/fish, and/or whey protein
powder to the protein you get from kefir and your vegetables would
likely be a nutritional improvement, as long as this doesn't violate

Yes, avocados are a very good source of monounsaturated fat.  Olive
oil is another.  You might consider adding some flax meal/oil to your
diet, for the short chain Omega-3 ALA, and/or some fatty fish/fish
oil supplements for the long chain Omega-3 EPA/DHA.
