Re: Problem separting the culture from the grains
Hi Bruce,
I just wiggle the strainer back and forth and gently tap the side
until all of the kefir is strained out. How big are the holes in your
strainer? Mine are probably 1/4 inch and this works fine for me. When
my grains were still pretty small, I used the pouch method and that
worked well for me.
