Hi Jo. I would really encourage you to try at least one bottle of Inner
Garden Flora by www.rgarden.com I have known soooooooooooo many people like
you who were suffering malnutrition from their candida diet and not beating
candida and they got results with this product in a very short time. One bottle
is all it takes to know if it is working for you.

   Blessings

     Hi

Yes, that's one of the many causes of candida overgrowth! I have
been following an anti-yeast diet for way too long now :-( And I
still have a yeast problem. I'm convinced this thing is never going
to go. And I miss fruit, which I've hardly touched in about a year,
and it's coming up to summer with lots of strawbs and raspberries
calling my name from teh supermarket shelves....

I also take probiotics, grapefruit seed extract, and recently started
eating lots of coconut (which seems to be the ONLY thing that helps!)

     Jo
