You might try reading Nourishing Traditions too, if you haven't
already. I stopped craving sugar when I started getting enough
fat, protein, and good vegies. Get your blood sugar under control
and your body doesn't crave the stuff! Also, wheat allergy can
cause sugar cravings -- if you are having any kind of gut issues
there can be allergies/intolerances that throw your sugar-processing
out of whack.
