Hello Heidi,
Sorry to hear that you're still not happy with your kefir :-( I see that
you reduced the amount of grains, but you're still getting thin kefir. Of
course you have probably confused the grains by using raw milk! Sometimes
it takes a batch or two for them to make the transition. Have you tried
putting your jar in the fridge for 6-8 hours of the brewing time?
I hope you understand that kefir is a DRINK, and will never be as thick as
yoghurt. When we say "thick", we mean that it's like a pourable cream. OK,
some people can get it thicker than that, but I'm speaking for the
majority - I think {LOL}.
