Most dried fruit sold commercially have been treated with sulphites such as
sodium bisulphite. A lot of "fresh" fruits are also treated with sulphites.
Grapes and raisans are pretty much always threated with it because of the
naturally occuring yeasts(bloom) found on their skins.
