As said in a previous post, milk alone can cause joint pain. But we are
talking pasteurized milk. Raw milk doesn't cause joint pain in some people I
know, as does pasteurized milk. In other words, they can drink raw milk with
impunity. I'm wondering if it is the pasteurization process that is to blame
and not the kefir itself.
