I have a famili who live in Holland always sick when visit Indonesia,
it is clear to me that she live in Holland with very high standard of
cleanliness.
And because of this ,her body become very weak to any parasite attack.

I have to agree with you Adrian. I have a couple of friends who are
into Hulda Clarks "Cure for all Diseases" and their lives are very
obsessed with parasites. I have shared some kefir grains with them
and they are drinking the kefir, but only with milk that they've
sterilized by boiling. They sterilize everything with an iodine
solution, which in itself seems very unhealthy to me. It seem that
this book would be really good fuel for the obsessive-compulsive
person who washes their hands 500 times a day!
