Sorry about that. I should of course be moore clear.
I live in the county of Dalarna, sourunding the lake Siljan witch is
situated in the geographic middle of Sweden. But sinse it is about
300 km north of the capital Stockholm it is called "the north". As
usual; where the power of politics and money is, is the centrum(they
think, hahaha!)
No it is not Norse.
Anyway, the lake Siljan-area is nown to be the hart of Sweden and the
cultur and folklore is thriwing in an unbroken chain of history. We
have many old "minifarms", chalet, in the forrest and hills. People
from the small willages go there with their animals, cows, goats,
cheeps etc in sommertime to let them free in the forrest eating
directly from nature, while protecting them from bear and lynx. While
in the sommerfarms, people live selfsuficient and oldfaschion, no
electriccity, no running vater etc. The make produkts directly from
the milk. This is a very old(loved)custom, and brings many tourists
here. I hope to gain goatmilk for kefir-cheese from these places!
(But first I need the grains) The milk vill bee organic and pure,
without any contamination.
