Hi Norma,
It was a pleasure on my part at least, to be of service. Just to point
out that stainless utensils shouldn't post a problem, for the grains at
least.
And most here can probably agree with you, of the versatility of
preparing kefir with kefir grains, to say, prepared the authentic
fashion as possible, including to extend on these.
I find it some what unusual how the ingestion of the grains, has yet to
take off in any great manner, for the benefits are quite obvious, and
somewhat extensive.
I'm not certain if you were pointing out Kefir d'uva recipe to me? Just
in the case that you are not aware, it was yours truly who conceived the
recipe some years ago, which is published on one of my kefir pages at my
site:
http://users.chariot.net.au/~dna/Makekefir.html#Grape-juice_Kefir
But alas, it has come to my attention that at least one small PDF
article has been published over the Internet, which includes a photo
taken from my site of the recipe, which clearly has one perceive that
the author of the article in question, conceived the recipe including
the name for it. I don't recall giving the author permission, either?
All is well, when we deal with our personal shortcomings, in time.
Have a wonderful kefir-day,
Dom
