RE: Re: Vit-C
Hi!

I want to thank Jenn in front of y'all . The grains she sent me have after 1
week grown enough to share with Ryan. He lives near by and I have two large
cultures to give him.

Way to go Jenn!

Thanx again.

Health to all.

Reed

Hi! I admittedly do not know anything about this topic, but it is
interesting. I know I drink 6 days a week, and though it hasn't
been for long, I haven't paid any mind to health conditions, other
than noticing I am feeling a bit better. I am interested in hearing
what everyone has to say on this topic.

Health and happiness to you all!
Jenn

In Donna Gates book, 1996, The magic if kefir(key-fur)"an ancient
food for modern maladies" She states in her chapter about a word of
caution, referring to colds and other mucus forming conditions, to
put an immediate but temporary stop to your kefir(key-fur) consumption
