You say youhave two kinds of real water kefir and tibicos, I'd
love to hear about the two kinds or real water kefir.
I have small kind of yellowish/clear. These multiply
very fast so long as I use lots of ginger and a 48 hour brew
and a tight lid. My tibicos are slower to multiply like weeks
and weeks.
What kind are you culturing?
