Yes, that's my purpose. I wanted to increase the
percentage of the alcohol.

I am now experimenting this.
At the moment, I have no idea on the
difference between the kefir with bifidus and without it.

I see. Now I understand why there is no difference.
Since the kefir is not put at the temperature of
40 C, the bifidus culture did not grow.
