Yep. My faves are red clover and radish.

Are automatic sprouters worth their price? or do jars work just as well? I do
not have much counter space, so I am thinking jars would maybe take more space.

Oh, I do it really, really simple. Wide mouth jars and some cheapy
screw on-screen lids, rinse and drain on the back of my sink. Heck, I
don't even bother with the "keep in dark area" anymore. These lids came
from Sprout-ease (http://www.texasbestunlimited.com) and I paid $3 for
three lids of graduated sized openings. It isn't necessary, though, and
some clean window screen material with rubber bands or even cheesecloth
would work, too. I just like the convenience of screw on lids. I tend
to avoid elaborate systems, especially for starting out, since they tend
to be pricey and often not worth the money. I like to keep things cheap! :)
