Re: Type of milk
Hi,

   I feed it to my cats (I have 3). One of the cats will eat it by itself. For
the others, all I have to do is pour a bit in their bowl, then put the food on
top of that. As they eat the food, they end up lapping up all the kefir too.

   I am absolutely loving being here.  Glad I found this group!

   I was wondering if I can give kefir to my cat.  She seems interested in it,
   but when I put it out for her, she doesn't drink it.  Do any of you have
   experience with this?  I am very interested.

   Also, is it better to get kefir grains mailed to me locally nearest to where
   I live, or is it okay to arrive from across the US?  I live in No.
   California.  I wrote to someone in my area but have not heard back from them
   as yet.
