Hi,
I feed it to my cats (I have 3). One of the cats will eat it by itself. For
the others, all I have to do is pour a bit in their bowl, then put the food on
top of that. As they eat the food, they end up lapping up all the kefir too.

Hi All,
I am absolutely loving being here. Glad I found this group!
I was wondering if I can give kefir to my cat. She seems interested in it,
but when I put it out for her, she doesn't drink it. Do any of you have
experience with this? I am very interested.
Also, is it better to get kefir grains mailed to me locally nearest to where
I live, or is it okay to arrive from across the US? I live in No.
California. I wrote to someone in my area but have not heard back from them
as yet.
