Re: Using Breastmilk to ferment with Questions
Oh yes, do not under-estimate breastmilk. It is a highly complex
food, changing with the baby's age, even seasons. It is higher in
fat in the winter and more watery when its hot to quench the baby's
thirst. The body knows when babies are born premature and the milk
is higher in fat. *Everytime* human milk is studied, something new
is learned: it is that complex.

Peace,
Jessica
