Is the alcohol content in kefir high enough for me to be concerned about
drinking it while pregnant? Also I just made my first batch yesterday and
let my 9 month old have some and he loved it! I had seen it mentioned in
"Nourishing Traditions" as an ingredient in their baby formula but I don't
recall them ever mentioning alcohol.
