Thanks, Deborah. I am making the dairy kefir. I am not really sure what the
juice kefir is yet. But I will plan on staying away from it.

With dairy kefir there is about .02% alcohol content produced by the yeast.
I would while you are pregnant stay away from juice kefir. Hope this helps.
