Re: yeasty kefir
Linda, I'm straining it with a stainless steel strainer.  It is fairly fine, I
stir gently with a  plastic spoon before straining and while straining to make
sure I am getting all the liquid like substance out leaving only the cottage
cheese like curds and the grains. Tracy
