Hi, Everybody
I am making viili since almost 7 months and all worked ok until the
temperature ( due to the summer ) increased.
Although I have AC the Viili seems to have lost his unique texture it does
not stretch any more and too much whey off. occurs during the fermentation .
Has someone experienced the same?
