Now that i have mastered milk Kefir (lol), I was very keen to try water Kefir.
My wife really struggles to get the milk kefir down. I've tried with milk
grains, but I'd really like to try Water Kefir Grains if anyone in Australia has
any to spare. I'm in Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
How long with milk kefir grains last in water/sugar if I forgot about them ? Is
7 days too long ?
