Hello!
I'm from Brazil , and have received water kefir grains. . I wanted to
know if it's ok to use very little sugar like 1 tablespoon instead of
three for the fermenting process. It probably will take longer to
ferment but the carbohydrates and calories will be less? What about
the alcohol on kefir? I can't drink alcohol...
