What if...
What if you don't want to make kefir for a couple of weeks and you have
kefir grains?  How do you store them?  Is this possible?  How long can you
neglect the grains if so?  I'm interested in answers for both water kefir
and kefir.  Sorry if this has already been addressed- I just haven't seen it
anywhere, in all of my reading...
